Seung-Ho An, Ph.D.
I am an Associate Professor of Public Management in the School of Government and Public Policy at the University of Arizona. My research and teaching focus on management and diversity in public and nonprofit organizations, using a range of methods, including field and survey experiments, quasi-experiments, multilevel modeling, and spatial econometrics.
My work has been published in leading public administration, policy, and nonprofit journals, including the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, International Public Management Journal, Public Management Review, Public Administration, Review of Public Personnel Administration, Administration & Society, Journal of Behavioral Public Administration, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, and Nonprofit Management & Leadership.
I serve as Co-Editor of the Journal of Behavioral Public Administration, Associate Editor of the International Review of Public Administration and the International Journal of Policy Studies, and as an editorial board member for several journals, including the American Review of Public Administration, International Public Management Journal, Review of Public Personnel Administration, and the Journal of Policy Studies.
